We are seeking a Strategy Manager with +10 years of experience who is passionate about understanding people’s behaviour and has a demonstrated history of unveiling strategic insights for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

We are looking for an analytically sharp and empathetic mind, a team player that inspires and motivates people, intellectually curious, who has great communication skills and is excited to learn from and teach others.  

To be an outstanding candidate you must have:

• Extensive experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Relevant experience leading international teams and building successful strategies for Pharma
• International consulting experience and language skills
• Business development tracking record
• A strong desire to humanize the digital era

Our work will typically include:

• Leading qualitative and quantitative research, primarily ethnographic fieldwork, and other sources of data integration
• Leading and managing teams in the development of original insights and solutions for our clients, and proactively delivering strategic recommendations grounded in research findings 
• Close partnership with teams of leading companies
• Building recommendations for our clients based on research and analysis 
• Guiding rollouts and solutions development
• Business development and key account management

SENIOR INSIGHTS CONSULTANT FOR PHARMA

We are seeking a consultant with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Barcelona. S/he is passionate about understanding people’s behavior and has a demonstrated history of unveiling strategic insights for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

We are looking for an analytically sharp and empathetic mind, a team player that inspires and motivates people, intellectually curious, who has great communication skills and is excited to learn from and teach others.

To be an outstanding candidate you must:

• Be well-versed in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Have relevant experience delivering insights and strategies for Pharma that highlight your skills
• Have international experience and language skills
• Have a strong desire to humanize the digital era
• Be succinct and sharp in oral and written English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)

Our work will typically include:

• Close partnership with teams of leading companies
• Qualitative and quantitative research, primarily ethnographic fieldwork, quantitative validation, and other sources of data integration
• Leading teams in the development of original insights, concepts, and solutions for our clients, and proactively delivering strategic recommendations grounded in research findings
• Planning and managing key workstreams on projects
• Building recommendations for our clients based on research and analysis
• Co-creating and building solutions together with clients
• Guiding roll outs with customer teams
