Challenge

A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector wanted to strengthen their relationship with specialists around the world regarding precision medicine issues due its relevance for cancer diagnosis processes. For this reason, they were looking for a digital relationship experience based on educational and scientific content.

Approach

We designed and developed a digital platform that would serve as a communication and inspirational channel for our client to interact with specialists through webinars (live and recorded) with real interaction to identify the level of clarity and attractiveness of the event and through written and graphic content to go deeper into the content that capture the audience attention during the event.

In addition, we designed the marketing and subscription experience of this platform based on an e-mail marketing strategy, where specialists are informed when new content is available and when there is a new live event.

Impact

We designed the platform and have coordinated its operation for two years. In which we have conducted 9 live webinars and hosted more than 10 papers and infographics.

The platform has had more than 3,000 unique visits from specialists from more than 80 countries. And we have maintained an average response rate of 50% of emails opened in each campaign.
